These inspections are incoming inspection, QA inspection, assembly line online test, patrol inspection, dust removal test,  aging test,  FQC test, enhanced dust removal test, Package inspection. All projectors are 100% tested and approved.

Warranty:

Volto projector with 3 years warranty for the whole machine.

We provide free replacement for the consumables parts like Insulation glass and fan within 12month.

Q3:What should I do if I find that the product is of poor quality or damaged?

A3: We have refund policy for every projector:

1) / If the product is damaged due to external forces or human factors, we will not be responsible for refunds.

2)/ We guarantee 100% replacement for any faulty projectors .

If the product has a problem with internal parts, we will refund 100% without any additional cost.

Q5: How long can I get my order when I paid for it?

A5: All the orders need to be tested for 1-2 days before shipping. After testing your projector, we will ship to you by express.

1) / For sample order or small quantity < 500 pieces: You will receive it within 5-6 work days.

2) / For bulk order>500 pieces: it will takes 14-30 work days to receive it. (If there are enough stocks, it will takes 10-15 work days to receive it)

Noted: If there is a force majeure factor that causes the delivery delay or cannot be delivered, we will not be responsible. For example: rainstorm, blizzard, earthquake, mudslide, epidemic, etc.
