Q. What is the delivery time?
A1: All the orders need to be tested for 1-2 days before shipping. After testing your projector, we will ship to you by express.
1)/ For sample order or small quantity < 500 pieces: You will receive it within 5-6 work days.
2)/ For bulk order>500 pieces: it will takes 14-30 work days to receive it. (If there are enough stocks, it will takes 10-15 work days to receive it)
Noted: If there is a force majeure factor that causes the delivery delay or cannot be delivered, we will not be responsible. For example: rainstorm, blizzard, earthquake, mudslide, epidemic, etc.
Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A2: Conventional products are always in stock, and the minimum order quantity is 1.
Your own OEM/ODM design, the MOQ is based on your requirements, and the specific MQO is determined through negotiation.
Q. What’s your shipping methods?
A3: We usually ship orders by EMS/DHL/UPS/FedEx or Sea from Volto factory. Please noted our shipping period is 7-10 days. All the tracking information will be sent to your email or your Whatsapp/Wechat/Skype account. You can contact us to check if your order has shipped anytime.
Q. Can I order a sample to check the quality?
A4: Samples are welcome to try. And for most of our products, the price difference between the sample and the bulk can be deducted from bulk.
