Raw materials of the highest quality,which ensure stability of LCD projector best viewing experience. For example, the LCD screen, we use world top 3 BOE LCD screen, and MSTAR the best chip supplier all over the world, brush-less motor fan.
To check the performance under 2 hours turning on.
3/ Assembly Line Online Test:
Our projectors assembled step by step, lens, LED, LCD, speaker, Fan, mainboard etc to a semi finished projector, all LCD projectors do 100% online inspection.
On the production line, projector QC supervisor will do randomly check projectors to minimize defective projectors.
To check the performance under 2 hours turning on. All the projectors produced under 100,000 grade dust free workshop to ensure our LCD screen is well protected from any dust.
Whole projector doing dust removal test for the LCD and make it seal fully.
The video projectors will be put on the shell and keep it on for at least 2 hours to check if it’s works fine.
semi video projectors will enter into the test room to check text, photo, video, voice performance.
All the projectors will do enhanced dust removal test again.
If the former test all approved will cover the LCD screen and pack the projector into PEP foam, and put the attachments like TV cable, remote control etc.
Our packing department staff will check each carton of LCD projectors before shipping out.
